Requirements :
- Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics or related field (Master's degree will be a plus);
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in commercial areas, with at least 5 years in a leadership position;
- Fluency in Englsih;
- Proven experience in managing commercial teams and business development;
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills;
- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strategic vision and results orientation;
- Analytical ability to interpret market data and sales performance;
Knowledge of CRM tools and commercial data analysis platforms.

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement the company's strategic commercial plan;Leading the sales team and ensuring that revenue targets are met;Managing relationships with strategic clients and identifying new business opportunities;Coordinating commercial campaigns and initiatives in conjunction with the marketing department;Analysing performance indicators (KPIs) and proposing corrective actions;Supervising the process of drawing up commercial proposals, contracts and negotiations with clients;Establishing commercial policies and ensuring their implementation in the different areas of activity;Studying market trends and the competition, proposing adjustments to the strategy as necessary;Actively participating in pricing decisions, product positioning and market penetration;Drawing up periodic commercial performance reports for executive management.
