Responsibilities
- Effective analysis, resolution, and communication of all issues related to backorders to the owner / creator of the purchased order.
- Effective communication with suppliers regarding the shipment of backorders and related issues.
- Effective and efficient day-to-day distribution of backorder analysis to internal users.
- Effective and efficient management of supplier reactions to requests.
- Effective and efficient management of suppliers’ delivery times.
Requirements
Knowledge of SAP, reporting and computer science.Fluent English.Excel Mastery – Advanced.Planning and organization.Basic numeracy skills.
