Responsibilities

• Effective analysis, resolution, and communication of all issues related to backorders to the owner / creator of the purchased order.
• Effective communication with suppliers regarding the shipment of backorders and related issues.
• Effective and efficient day-to-day distribution of backorder analysis to internal users.
• Effective and efficient management of supplier reactions to requests.
• Effective and efficient management of suppliers’ delivery times.

Requirements
