We are launching a new online casino and sports betting brand, focused on the African market, backed by a well-established iGaming holding. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Affiliate to build and lead our affiliate marketing function from scratch .
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership, drive performance, and shape our growth trajectory in one of the most dynamic markets in the world.
The Role
- Build and implement an affiliate acquisition and growth strategy tailored to African regions
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliate partners across casino and sportsbook verticals
- Negotiate partnership models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and define KPIs
- Monitor affiliate performance by analyzing traffic quality, ROI, retention, and player value
- Ensure transparent reporting, payment accuracy, and partner compliance
- Launch initiatives to increase partner engagement and retention
- Work closely with product, marketing, and CRM teams to align acquisition efforts with lifecycle and retention strategies
