The role :
We are looking for a Technical Sales Coordinator who will provide combined technical expertise and sales skills to provide support and solutions to customers. Understand and analyse customer requirements to recommend suitable products or solutions and prepare & deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.
Main Responsibilities :
- Respond to RFQ’s / RFP’s with technical proposals and cost estimates
- Responsible for complying with company systems, processes and procedures. (sales / quote / order process through to billing / being payment)
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams for the introduction of new technologies and / or alliances.
- Responsible for supporting the integrated management system and business policies. (using the integrated management system & ensuring all documents are up to date with the any changes and rolling this out to the team, i.e. documents on SharePoint, UOR’s etc.)
- Responsible for complying to all EnerMech QHSE policies
- Responsible for ensuring accounts payable invoices are completed weekly, complete weekly sales tracker updates or pass information on for update as appropriate
- Responsible for ensuring client specific requirements are met, i.e. submission of Monthly client reporting
- Responsible for managing individual accounts on a daily basis and support as a team to deliver priorities and workload
- Responsible for regular client Visits / customer growth
- Identify AFE requirements and feedback to sales lead and head of business line
Requirements
