Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive – Corporate Sales to drive institutional and bulk sales for our Angomart Retail business. The role involves acquiring and managing corporate clients, building long-term business relationships, and meeting revenue and margin targets through B2B partnerships and large orders.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new corporate clients (Corporate, Offices, Hotels, Catering companies, Institutions, etc.).
  • Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and product demos to generate interest and close deals.
  • Respond to inquiries, Requirements, and negotiate terms with decision-makers.
  • Sales Execution & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.
  • Create and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Drive bulk orders, gifting deals, pantry / kitchen supply agreements, etc.
  • Account Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing corporate clients for repeat business.
  • Ensure timely deliveries, manage after-sales service, and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain detailed sales pipeline reports and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Gather market intelligence, pricing insights, and competitor activity.
  • Recommend strategies for new product lines or pricing revisions based on market needs.
  • Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in retail / FMCG.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and persistent.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Preferred Backgrounds :

  • Candidates from organized Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or hospitality supply chains are preferred.
  • Experience in selling Groceries or packaged food to corporates is a plus.
  • Compensation : Fixed + Incentives (performance-linked)
