Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive – Corporate Sales to drive institutional and bulk sales for our Angomart Retail business. The role involves acquiring and managing corporate clients, building long-term business relationships, and meeting revenue and margin targets through B2B partnerships and large orders.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Business Development
Identify and onboard new corporate clients (Corporate, Offices, Hotels, Catering companies, Institutions, etc.).Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and product demos to generate interest and close deals.Respond to inquiries, Requirements, and negotiate terms with decision-makers.Sales Execution & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.Create and follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders.Drive bulk orders, gifting deals, pantry / kitchen supply agreements, etc.Account Management
Build strong relationships with existing corporate clients for repeat business.Ensure timely deliveries, manage after-sales service, and resolve client issues promptly.Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest upsell / cross-sell opportunities.Reporting & Market Intelligence
Maintain detailed sales pipeline reports and update CRM tools regularly.Gather market intelligence, pricing insights, and competitor activity.Recommend strategies for new product lines or pricing revisions based on market needs.Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.2–4 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales, preferably in retail / FMCG.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-driven, organized, and persistent.Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.Preferred Backgrounds :
Candidates from organized Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or hospitality supply chains are preferred.Experience in selling Groceries or packaged food to corporates is a plus.Compensation : Fixed + Incentives (performance-linked)
