Descrição da vagaAngola National, Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting. Registered with the OCPCA Recognized knowledge of the Angola Tax Procedures. A minimum of five (5) years of experience as Finance Manager, with a minimum of 3 (three) in a Multinational Drilling Contractor or Service Provider in the of oil and gas industry. Advanced knowledge of JD Edwards, or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system Fluent in English spoken and written Responsável pelos relatórios Financeiros das sondas, escritórios e estaleiros geridos localmente. Responsável por toda a informação e relatórios Financeiros Mensais, Trimestrais e Anuais. Responsável pela conformidade externa com entidades Tributária, Legal, Aduaneira, Bancos ou outras exigíveis e da responsabilidade do departamento. Responsável pelas Auditorias internas, externas e legalmente exigíveis. Garantir conformidade interna com as políticas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela Empresa. Garantir relatórios estatutários e fiscais precisos conforme exigido pelas autoridades locais Gerir o departamento Financeiro e dar suporte aos restantes departamentos da empresa Nacionalidade Angolana e Formação em Economia, Finanças ou Contabilidade. Inscrição na OCPCA Conhecimentos reconhecidos em Procedimentos Tributários. Um mínimo de 5 (cinco) anos de experiência como Diretor(a) Financeiro(a), com o mínimo de 3 (três) numa empresa multinacional de perfuração ou prestador de serviços de petróleo e gás Conhecimento avançado de trabalho de JD Edwards, ou outro sistema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) similar Fluente em Inglês falado e escrito

Finance Manager
Main responsibilities :
- Responsible to oversee the finance business function for the Rig, Offices and Shipyards for cost centers managed locally.
- Responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial information and reports.
- Responsible for external compliance with tax, legal, customs, banks, or other required entities under the responsibility of the department.
- Responsible for internal, external, and legally required Audits.
- Ensure full compliance with the policies and procedures established by the Company.
- Ensures accurate and timely statutory and tax reports as required by local authorities
- Manage the Finance department and support the other departments of the company
