JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Outlines quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Oversees implementation of quality assurance procedures.
- Ensures the efficiency of inspections through hands-on guidance.
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare reports on the results of quality inspections.
- Evaluates the outcomes of quality inspections and proposes corrective measures.
- Document Management : Preparing and processing documents, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring easy access to information.
- Record Keeping : Updating databases, maintaining records, and ensuring data integrity.
- Handling expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
- Maintaining workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
Minimum 5 years of QA experienceIn-depth knowledge of quality management system (QMS) proceduresOutstanding problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent English verbal and writing skills.Strong analytical and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in quality assurance or related fieldAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or similar software.Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Accuracy and meticulousness in handling tasks and documents.Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.Ability to adjust to changing priorities and demands.Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
