Description

Safety :

  • Report safety issues and ensure safe working behavior of the team (Stop-Think-Act).
  • Lead daily ALPS meetings with focus on Health and Safety in coordination with the SCM
  • Lead the team in implementing safety awareness, observation and near miss reporting.
  • Ensure use of adequate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during service execution.
  • Ensure that required permit in place prior to execute the job as per AL procedures.

Execution :

  • Plan, coordinate and support the daily work of the team along with SCM in reconditioning and repair process of plates & welded heat exchanger by carrying
  • out high-quality standard of repairs.
  • Coordinate with crane & logistic suppliers to ensure the timely collection and delivery of the units
  • Perform hands on activities related to HEX reconditioning including disassembly of units, plate cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gluing of gaskets, assembly, and pressure testing of the units.
  • Planning & prioritize the tasks to fulfil timely delivery with available resources in coordination with SCM.
  • Monitor consumption of consumables & Maintain the stock.
  • Responsible for technical inspections in coordination with SCM of serviced equipment and generate the reports.
  • Report job progress using the job card / file tracking system as well as ALSO.
  • To plan and maintain healthy equipment in the Service Center & update the records (Calibration, Preventive & Periodic maintenance, etc.)
  • Update the KPI dashboard, inventory, consumables, etc. as requested by the SCM
  • Preparing and maintain job cards / quality assurance check list for all work carried out and forwarding them to the SCM on daily basis.

  • Drive ALPS process with the team (continuous improvement program)
  • Drive and motivate the team to maintain operational excellence
  • Maintain 5S in workshop
  • Motivate the team in reporting potential improvement in process
