The Project As part of a project in the offshore oil & gas sector, we are currently looking for a Quality Inspector to join the team on an offshore platform.

Job Description :

Overview of the rôleThe Quality Inspector will be in charge of the following tasks :

• Verify the conformity of piping, welded structures, and welding operations carried out on site, in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.
• Present the work officially to the client during validation or quality control stages.
• Submit inspection results and technical findings to the Quality Control Manager (QC Manager).
• Draft detailed reports based on field inspections and observations, for management review.
• Work in coordination with production teams, supervisors, and other trades on site to carry out inspections across different areas.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards in the offshore environment.
• Participate, when required, in quality or technical meetings related to inspected work.

Profile / Requirements :

RequirementsYou have a strong background in quality inspection, with hands-on experience on welding projects in the Oil & Gas industry, especially offshore.You hold a valid CSWIP certification and BOSIET.You are professionally fluent in English, and a good command of French and Portuguese is considered a strong asset.
