Job Description

• Overseeing HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping,
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including safety standards in the industry,
• Developing and executing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive work culture,
• Planning and organizing employee events, team-building activities, and recognition programs,
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled candidates for various roles,
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs,
• Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies,
• Coordinating with external training providers or developing in-house training resources as needed.
