Descrição da vagaProvide QHSE functional support to the business. Support client audits Take an active role in internal QHSE committees. Provide monthly and quarterly QHSE reports. Support the EnerMech QHSE initiatives, including behavioral safety. Carry out trend analysis. Coordinate the QHSE surveillance process, including noise, display screens, HAVS, etc. Support the business units in the achievement of QHSE objectives. Support the delivery of the Region QHSE plan. Implement, support, and drive the EnerMech auditing protocols. Ensure the Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements are adequately implemented. Recognizes and acts upon opportunities within their own area of responsibility. Understands and interprets relevant standards, performs most tasks, and requires minimal supervision. Demonstrates a continuous improvement mind-set Encourages the participation and contribution of other team members Encourages the identification of issues and concerns Identifies the root cause of problems Understands the role of the ‘team’ and how to contribute to the overall success of the business unit. Shows sensitivity and good interpersonal understanding Questions and confirms understanding of how own work activities support and align with QHSE targets and business goals. Works at influencing. Persuades others by pointing out benefits to them. Engages team support in making complex decisions (solving complex problems).
