Labor

• Guarantee the level of quality of the services provided to our clients
• Make sure that the production teams adhere to our standards in term of health safety, food safety and HACCP
• Detect issues in order to set corrective action plans
• Follow closely KPIs and monitor the operations on daily basis
• Be a key player in the relationship with our clients
• Be proactive in setting up action plans to improve our operations and services
• Manage the teams and guarantee constant reporting
• Report accurately and on time to your Management, including from the Group
• Supervise the human resources, planning, vacations schedules, timesheets
• Control storage organization on sites
• Guarantee the representation of Newrest Angola to local authorities and administration when necessary
• Find ways to improve our services, propose new work methods, develop the know-how in our business sites
• Make sure of the correct use of Winrest by your teams
• Follow the Group guidelines in term of implementation of innovation solutions, where applicable
• Make sure the golden rules of the Group are followed (Inventory control, expense claims...)
• Control of the use of individual safety equipment by the employees
• Inform about the performance of the quality management system and the opportunities for improvement
• Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
• Participate actively in the training of the teams.
