Job Brief

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Site Quantity Surveyor and Cost Control Engineer to join our dynamic project management team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in quantity surveying, cost planning, and site engineering, with proven experience in mega infrastructure and fit-out projects.

Required Education :

  • University Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's is a plus

Required Experience & Certificates :

  • 7 years of experience in QS and cost control position, site experience 2 years.

    • Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project management, formwork, and fit-out works.
  • Advanced communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Languages : Arabic, English, French. Spanish is a plus.

    • Tasks and Duties :

  • Perform project quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Control and monitor project budgets, expenditure, and cost variations in coordination with site and planning teams.
  • Prepare payment applications, progress reports, and contractual documentation.
  • Support the negotiation and evaluation of supplier / subcontractor contracts and claims.
  • Track and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with financial goals and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, MEP, Landscape, etc.) to ensure cost efficiency and quality control.
  • Provide detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for key project milestones.
  • Participate in client meetings, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
