The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors' or Masters' degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Role requirements and responsibilities:
Have previous experience working in HR Operations
* Have proficiency in Portuguese and English.
* Have knowledge of the HR document workflow and some understanding of Angola local labor regulations.
* Have experience using HR systems (Workday or similar), Ticketing systems, Signature administrator system.
* Have experience in using Microsoft office package (good Excel).
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team environment.
* Have a client focus mindset and good attention to details.
* Be able to recognize and switch among tasks to prioritize upon business needs.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources or similar program
* Be in your in your final or penultimate year of degree studies.
* Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restrictions
