University degree in an engineering discipline 10 years’ experience in oil / gas plant operations / maintenance 5 years’ experience in oil / gas operations / maintenance training Very good written and spoken English Fluent in Portuguese Computer literate Flexible – open minded Keen to teach others
Mission : As a Trainer :
- To conduct Technical training programs to trainees in its discipline, including, but not limited to, regular testing and performance reporting.
As a Technical Writer :
As a minimum requirement, he must have an expertise in its discipline, which means more than 5 years experience on site and be familiar with training activities or tutoring
