We are now seeking a results-oriented Industrial Engineer to support our continuous improvement goals and contribute to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and design workflows, production processes, and facility layouts to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
- Develop cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety standards.
- Use data and simulation tools to support decision-making.
- Assist with the deployment of automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or process-improvement environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Six Sigma, Lean, or ERP systems.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment.Desirable :
Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP.Experience with data analytics or simulation software (e.g., Arena, and Minitab).Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies.
