Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights to the company. You will work closely with operational and management teams to identify improvement and growth opportunities, while contributing to strategic decision-making. • Coordinate with other department the good use of company ERP (Winrest) • Make sure the people using the ERP are trained • Make sure the data is accurate on constant basis • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relevant insights. • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present results in a clear and concise manner. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data analysis needs and provide appropriate support. • Participate in the implementation of new strategies based on data analysis. • Make recommendations to optimize processes and enhance operational performance • Manage the team members • Mange the Digital transformation • Manage the IT department • Deploy the department action plan • Comply with the Digital, IT, Security guidance of the Group
