Process Control Engineer

About The Position

INTECH Automation & Intelligence is a dynamic and innovative leader in the field of Process Optimization, with a focus on Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Plants. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Control Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead programmed projects for Advanced Process Control.
• Utilize deep knowledge of Process Optimization through Advanced Process Control, RTO, PID tuning, and Inferential to enhance plant efficiency.
• Prepare and present compelling business cases for Advanced Process Control, Optimization, and PID tuning projects.
• Train and mentor young engineers in the field of Advanced Process Control, ensuring the transfer of knowledge and expertise.
• Lead a team in the generation of Inferential through Deep Learning techniques.
• Implement Advanced Process Control solutions, including Step Testing, Feasibility Studies, and DCS modification requirements.
• Utilize GDOT technology for process optimization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AspenTech DMC3, DMC Plus, GDOT, Honeywell / AVEVA APC, Inferential, and Deep Learning technologies.
• Provide program management expertise for successful project execution.
• Conduct training sessions for operators and engineers in APC and PID tuning.
• Perform maintenance and support for existing APC implementations.
