SUMMARY :
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement, stores, and warehousing activities at a diamond processing operation.
POSITION INFO : Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement, stores, and inventory in line with company policies
Plan, monitor, and control stock levels to support uninterrupted operations
Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials
Ensure accurate capturing of stock movements, invoices, and delivery documentation
Conduct stock takes, reconcile variances, and report discrepancies
Optimise storage layout and ensure safe, secure handling of materials
Supervise and support stores and procurement personnel
Maintain discipline, workplace standards, and a productive team environment
Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and security requirements
Submit and motivate capital and strategic procurement requests as required
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in procurement, stores, or warehousing within mining or mineral processing operations .
Experience in diamond plants (DMS) will be a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
Strong administrative, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
Experience managing teams in a structured operational environment.
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work on an expatriate rotation in Angola .
