We are seeking an experienced regional applications engineering manager specializing in upper completions and intelligent productions solutions. This role involves leading a team of Engineers, overseeing technical planning / preparation of all activities within Angola.

As a Lead Technical Support Manager - Upstream Chemicals, you will be responsible for :

• Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of applications engineers and fresh graduates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Overseeing and supporting the technical planning, preparation and validation of all upper completions and IPS activities in the assigned region.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their well construction and production objectives, providing tailored technical solutions and support.
• Analysing job performance and providing feedback for product and process improvements.
• Performing offset job analysis and product / service-specific engineering modelling calculations to understand application hazards and incident potential.
• Working closely with service delivery managers / coordinators, sales teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
