Repair & Maintenance Supervisor TRS (Tubular Running Services)

Job Overview :

Weatherford has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced R&M Supervisor TRS (Tubular Running Services) to join the team in Luanda, Angola. The R&M Supervisor trains and assists R&M Technicians working on the preventive and corrective maintenance of TRS equipment. The role performs these tasks by enforcing the proper implementation of company guidelines, technical work instructions, test procedures, schematics, engineering notices, and best practices to complete the scope of functions where required. Further responsibilities include ensuring that direct reports are trained and competent to perform specific related tasks, preserving a healthy and safe environment, and maintaining top-quality control over all maintenance activities.
